Bookings should be made by completing the booking form and sending it with your deposit and insurance premiums to:

In order to secure your preferred choice of tour and accommodation, we would advise you to make a provisional reservation by telephone. We will hold this reservation for you, without commitment, for five days pending receipt of your booking form and deposits. If we do not receive your deposits within five days your booking will automatically expire. Please note that we are unable to confirm event tickets until your deposit is received by us.

You can pay by cheque, made payable to Grandstand Motor Sports, or by debit or credit card – just fill in the details on the booking form. Once we receive your booking form and deposits we will send you a confirmation invoice. Please check this carefully.

The final balance is due not less than eight weeks before departure. Please note that a 1.5% charge will be added to final balances paid by credit card.

If you are booking within eight weeks of departure you should send full payment with your booking form.

Your travel documents will be sent to you 10 to 14 days before departure.
