Drag Racing grew up in America in the 1950s and came to Europe in the 1960s.  The sport’s unique culture – exciting, vibrant, colourful – has acquired a half-century of style and tradition all of its own and embraces racing machines of every description, from street-legal daily runabouts to – yes – cars that really can hit 0 – 300mph in less than four seconds.
