Friday 20 July

Depart from Heathrow at 0905h with arrival in Frankfurt scheduled for 1145h. Here you will be met and taken to your hotel in Heidelberg for a stay of three nights on buffet breakfast basis.

Saturday 21 & Sunday 22 July

At leisure or join us by coach at the Hockenheimring for F1 practice, qualifying and the Grand Prix.

Monday 23 July

The morning is free until your transfer to the airport for your return flight departing at 1515h. Arrival at Heathrow is scheduled for 1550h.

Flights are also available from London Gatwick, Stansted, Manchester and Edinburgh – please ask us for further details. Flight supplements may apply.

Monday 23 July

After a leisurely breakfast we take short cruise along the River Neckar to Neckarsteinach where there will be free time for lunch and a spot of shopping. Afterwards we continue our journey to Stuttgart by coach with arrival late afternoon.

The 4-star Hotel Camino Hotel is reserved for three nights on buffet breakfast basis.

Tuesday 24 July

Today's highlight is a guided tour of the Mercedes-Benz Museum and Factory. Please note that participants must be aged 16 years and over for the Factory Tour.

After breakfast we transfer to the airport for your flight departing at 1240 with arrival into Heathrow at 1325

Friday 20 July

Check in at Dover for your crossing to Calais. P&O operate frequent crossings and you may choose your preferred timings. On arrival continue your journey to Germany and Heidelberg where accommodation is reserved for you for three nights on bed and breakfast basis at the Hotel Hollnader Hof. Please note that the hotel offers parking at a nearby public parking area for approximately €8per day.

Saturday 21 & Sunday 22 July

For those who wish, transfers to the circuit by coach are included each day accompanied by a Grandstand representative.

Monday 23 July

Check out at your leisure and return to Calais for your reserved crossing to Dover.
