At what is a truly unique event on the motor sport calendar prepare to step back in time, as spectators dress up to the nines in fifties-style clothes to marvel at the impressive cars and motorcycles which competed during their heyday at Goodwood. To recreate such an authentic atmosphere the nostalgic Revival goes to extraordinary lengths with the circuit virtually unchanged, the competitors in period costume and not a modern vehicle in sight. Even the fish and chips are wrapped in 1950’s newspaper! 
Southsea is just twenty five miles from Goodwood and is our base for the weekend. Enjoy a leisurely drink at a waterfront café or take the panoramic lift to the top of Portsmouth’s latest attraction, the Spinnaker Tower, for spectacular views across the harbour.
