These pages are reserved exclusively for members of the HSCC and offer you cross channel sailings at excellent rates with P&O Ferries for your European evens in 2010. Our exclusive rates are valid for all standard season crossings between 1 May and 31 October 2010 to coincide with your racing schedule.
Making your Booking However you make your booking with us we will ask for certain information from you – see below. You can book by e-mail, by fax or by telephone or you can complete the booking form and return it to us. N.B. We can make reservations for you on alternative routes, with alternative operators and on Eurotunnel. Each request will be quoted on an individual basis. For reservations for a Car or Van/Motorhome with or without a towed trailer we will need the following information: - Names of all people travelling - Make, model and vehicle registration - Length and height of van/motorhome - Length and height of the towed trailer N.B. There is no variation in price for length or height of the van/motorhome and/or trailer. This information is required purely for the purpose of allowing sufficient space on the ferry. Whilst we can keep your vehicle details on file for future bookings, each reservation is made individually and as requested and payment made by credit or debit card at the time of confirmation. For Freight Reservations – Trucks or Race Transporters of any length up to 19 metres – we will need the following information: - Make and model of vehicle - Length and height of vehicle - Registration number Once we have registered your vehicle on our P&O account you simply turn up at Dover and at Calais and travel on the next available ferry. P&O guarantee a departure within two hours – except in the case of force majeure or industrial action. No reservations are necessary and we will invoice you after you have travelled. Your vehicle details will remain on our account unless you request them taken off and all subsequent crossings will be invoiced via ourselves. Fuel surcharges are applied to all freight bookings and are recalculated and revised on a monthly basis. The rates above include the current fuel surcharge. We reserve the right to pass on any increase in the fuel surcharge as levied by P&O Ferries but will also reduce the price accordingly if and when we are able to do so.
