Thursday 26 or Friday 27 July

Fly from your chosen UK airport to Budapest. On arrival you will be met and taken downtown to your chosen hotel where accommodation is reserved for three nights on bed and breakfast basis. During the weekend our representative will be available to help and advise you.

For Thursday arrivals Friday gives you a full day to explore Budapest or if you prefer to watch the first F1 practice sessions we can arrange transfers to the circuit at a supplement – please ask for details. Guided city tours and river cruises can be booked through the hotel if you wish.

Saturday 28 & Sunday 29 July

We depart after breakfast for the track to watch practice and qualifying sessions on Saturday and the Grand Prix on Sunday. The coach will return at the end of each day’s events.

Monday 30 July

At leisure until your return transfer to the airport for your flight to the UK.

From Budapest you travel by hydrofoil on the River Danube to the delightful city of Vienna.

Thursday 26 July

Depart from London Gatwick at 1355h with arrival into Budapest scheduled for 1720h. On arrival you will be met and taken to your hotel where accommodation is reserved on bed and breakfast basis. During the weekend our representative will be available to help and advise you.

Friday 27 July

A free day to explore Budapest or if you prefer to watch the first F1 practice sessions we can arrange transfers to the circuit at a supplement – please ask for details. Guided city tours and river cruises can be booked through the hotel if you wish.

Monday30 July

After a leisurely breakfast we depart by coach for Vienna with arrival expected by early afternoon. Accommodation is reserved for three nights on buffet breakfast basis.

Tuesday 31 July

This morning we depart for our included city tour. You'll see the most significant historical sights and magnificent buildings including the State Opera House, the Museum of Applied Arts and the Museum of Natural History. Our guided tour also takes in the Hofburg (Imperial Winter Palace), the Parliament, City Hall, the Burgtheater, the University and the Votive Church. A highlight of the tour will be the visit to the Schonbrunn Palace. Afterwards you will be taken back to your hotel and the afternoon will be free to enjoy as you wish.

Wednesday 1 August

At leisure in Vienna to enjoy the sights in your own time, browse the shops and make leisurely stops at the coffee houses and restaurants.

Thursday 2 August

You will be taken to Vienna Airport for your flight departing at 1550h, arriving at London Gatwick at 1710h.
