Le Mans MotoGP 2012
20 May 2012
20 May 2012
With its unrivalled history and location only a couple of hours from the channel ports, Le Mans has to be one of the best introductions to European motorcycle racing.
By far the best way to attend the le Man MotoGP event is to take your own car or bike using one of the channel crossings. The closest major airport is Paris, two to three hours from the le Mans track and hotels so if you prefer to fly a hire car will be required.
The race at the legendary Sarthe circuit is always one of the most popular on the calendar. Le Mans is easy to get to and the brand new circuit facilities, ample parking and camping areas mean there is a real party atmosphere on MotoGP weekend. Le Mans town is close by and whenever there is a big event at the track everyone gets involved – the locals love it!
Our le Mans 2012 MotoGP tours include your crossing from Dover to Calais by ferry and three nights in a choice of hotel or on the campsites at the track, and a weekend admission ticket is included giving you access to the car parks and to most of the grandstands too. If you prefer to be sure of your seat for the GP race we recommend you upgrade to an allocated grandstand ticket.
