Friday 18 June
Depart Portsmouth at 11:15 on the Brittany Ferries cruise ferry sailing to Santander. Meet your fellow travelling companions in relaxed and comfortable surroundings on this overnight sailing to Santander.
Saturday 19 June
The ferry arrives into Santander at 12:15 local time and it is a three hour drive across the Basque region to your hotel situated just outside the town of Pau. You can explore the historic city and see the famous street circuit, the oldest surviving in France. Dinner is included at the hotel this evening.
Sunday 20 June
A free day - either to relax and enjoy the city of Pau, or to take a scenic route into the Pyrenees and enjoy some mountain motoring and a typical lunch in the Bearn countryside.
Monday 21 June
Today, after breakfast at the hotel, we will make our way to the Pau Arnos circuit, for a full day on track. There will be a full safety briefing and an ARDS instructor on hand to show you the lines, should you so wish. Lunch is included at the circuit.
We return to our hotel this evening for dinner.
Tuesday 22 June
Today we head north into Gascony on an attractive 70 km drive to Nogaro for a full day on the circuit, which is also a favourite for the Tour Auto crowd. We will return to our hotel at Pau for our final night there.
Wednesday 23 June
Today we will leave the hotel after breakfast on an interesting route across the southwest of France passing some interesting landmarks in Gascony, Lot et Garonne, Dordogne and Limousin during a scenic driving day heading north east into the Massif Central foothills to our pleasant Auberge located between the circuits at Mornay and Mas du Clos. Dinner will be at the hotel tonight.
Thursday 24 June
After breakfast at the hotel we make our way to the legendary and spectacular Mas du Clos circuit with a full day to enjoy mastering the blind crests and typically French late apex switchback corners. Lunch will be provided at the circuit.
Friday 25 June
From the hotel we travel north to the Circuit de Mornay, a relatively new circuit set in its own private grounds and woodland. The circuit also has a kart circuit and go karts available for hire available to us at an extra cost for those that wish to flex their competitive instincts in an informal race. This evening we will have our finale dinner back at the hotel.
Saturday 26 June
From the hotel make your way back across the Massif central via the Loire valley and Le Mans to the ferry from Caen to Portsmouth on either the afternoon sailing1630 – 2130 Hrs or the overnight 2330 – 0700 Hrs sailing.
