TERMS & CONDITIONS

1, Promoter

• Grandstand Motor Sports Limited, 12 Fir Tree Lane, Groby, Leicestershire LE6 0FH
• ATOL number 10168

2, Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18+
• Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, associated companies, suppliers and anyone professionally connected with the competition excluded
• One entry per person
• Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility

3, Closing date for entries

• 23.59 Tuesday 31st October 2027

4, The prize

The prize consists of 3 nights for 2 people at the Portuguese MotoGP in Portimao 2027, including return flights from a choice of regional UK airports, airport transfers from Faro airport, circuit transfers on Saturday and Sunday, 4 star hotel accommodation for 3 nights on a B&B basis (one room based on a twin share basis), and MotoGP grandstand ticket (x2).

What’s NOT included

• Travel to/from UK departure airport
• Travel insurance
• Meals/drinks not specifically included
• Spending money
• Additional baggage
• Seat selection
• Visas/passports
• Personal expenses

5. Passport/visa requirements

The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports and any visas, travel authorisations or other documentation required for the destination. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the winner or their companion is unable to travel because they do not hold the required documentation.

You should be careful, though, about wording this as though the promoter has no responsibility for things that are actually part of the package or its contractual obligations.

6. Travel insurance

The winner and travelling companion are responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance before travelling.

7. Cancellation/postponement of MotoGP

If the MotoGP event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to provide an alternative prize or alternative arrangements of comparable value, subject to availability.

8. Prize is non-transferable

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The winner may nominate one travelling companion, subject to the eligibility and travel requirements set out in these terms.
