Classic Endurance Racing
Classic Endurance echoes a period from 1966 to 1979 when endurance racing ruled over motorsport. A glorious period for the Fords GT40, Porsches 910, Ferraris 512… and their drivers: Jacky Ickx, Henri Pescarolo, Gérard Larrousse… Their playground was not limited to the extraordinary 24 Hours of Le Mans, but spread over the greatest European circuits in the scope of the World Sports Car Championship.
Group C
At the end of 1982, the FIA launched a closed prototype category. The car manufacturers’ answer was instantaneous. 25 cars participated in the Endurance World Championship between 1983 and 1991. Porsches 956, Jaguars XJ R12, Sauber-Mercedes engage in historic jousting contests. The prize list of this glorious era ended with the French hat trick with the Peugeot 905 at the 24H du Mans in 1992.
Heritage Touring Cup
The Heritage Touring Cup echoes the glorious times (1966-1984) of the European Touring Car Championship (ETCC). The manufacturers battling for glory with BMW and their 3.0 CSL or 635CSI, Ford with the Escort and Capri as well as Jaguar with the XJ12C Broad speed followed by the XJ-S to name but a few. The Heritage Touring Cup, an era and a style, promising some great track action.
Sixties Endurance
The Sixties’ Endurance, dedicated to the pre-63 Sports and pre-66 GTs, offers a wonderful opportunity to admire on track all the icons of the World Championship from that time. Special endurance highlights, these two-hour races bring together a wide range of cars for both the period, 1950 to 1965, and the capacity, with the 250 GT Berlinettas, AC Cobras or Jaguar E-Types.
Euro F2 Classic
Peter Auto has created the Formula 2 Challenge. It is open to Formula 2 cars that made the reputation of the European Championship between 1967 and 1978. At the time F2 was considered as the key to the door of Formula 1, and over a decade it trained drivers who left their mark on the history of motor racing.
2.0 L Cup
Peter Auto is continuing to enlarge and develop its grid offer in historic racing by introducing The 2.0L Cup in 2018. This single-make grid will be reserved for 2-litre short chassis early Porsche 911s prepared in accordance with FIA pre-66 regulations.
The Greatest's Trophy
Since 2015, Peter Auto has sought to make the Trofeo Nastro Rosso a more attractive proposition, so it decided to accept some beautiful models built by other famous makes (Aston Martin DB4 GTs, Mercedes-Benz 300 SLs, Porsche 550s). Henceforth, it will be known as The Greatest’s Trophy, and It’s open to the exceptional cars that marked the major endurance events of the 50s and 60s.
