Nowhere is there such a large gathering of classic cars and enthusiasts than at the Le Mans Classic.
The Le Mans Classic started in 2002, held on the grounds of the Le Mans 24-hour race using the full 24-hour Circuit de la Sarthe. Following on from the welcome return of the event in 2022 after a disrupted 2020 and 2021, the 2023 Le Mans Classic was the 11th edition and celebrated the 100th anniversary of the ‘Great Race’.
Individuals and car clubs from all over Europe are invited to take part in the 2025 Le Mans Classic by forming, on the infield, a huge display of classic machinery all on view to the admiring public. 2025 will be the year to be there to join in the planned celebrations of this landmark year.
The event starts on Thursday with the practice for the Le Mans Classic 2025 beginning on Friday afternoon when each grid is on track for a daytime and a nighttime session, going on until the early hours. Saturday morning is given over to car clubs doing track laps and demonstrations before the serious business of the Le Mans Classic begins at the traditional time of 1600 hours. The first race for each grid begins ears of corn style, which is a wonderful sight. Each grid will race three times during the 24 hours, on the full Le Mans circuit and a driver change during each stint is obligatory.
Around the Le Mans track there’s also plenty going on, with ample food and drink available, stalls galore for browsing through the automobilia, exhibitions and car club displays. The paddocks are open to visit between racing and under the warm Summer sky the atmosphere is incredible.
Our Le Mans Classic 2025 packages are based on Dover to Calais crossings, departing on Thursday or Friday and returning on Monday. We can, if you prefer, reserve Eurotunnel crossings from Folkestone to Calais or the longer cross-channel routes with Brittany Ferries. Alternative crossings and onboard accommodation will incur supplements and you will be advised of the full cost before you confirm your booking with us. The longer crossings, particularly the overnight sailings, are extremely popular and we recommend you book early to secure your space.

Our four-night Le Mans Classic prices are based on arrival at your hotel on Thursday and three nights are for arrival on Friday. If you would like to arrive earlier or stay longer – just ask and we can arrange it for you.

Le Mans Classic – Circuit parking Owners of cars built pre-1966 and in good condition, can park on our specially reserved infield parking on the Bugatti circuit. Exceptions will be made for post-1966 built cars of particular makes and models – please ask for details. These regulations are set by the Le Mans Classic event organisers. Space is limited however, we will allocate spaces on the infield as tour reservations are received. Alternatively, parking will be in one of the public car parks on the outside of the circuit.

A fantastic boutique hotel we have frequented for many years. The Campanile is just a five-minute drive from the circuit. The restaurant has a terrace and offers good value traditional fare and bar service. There’s ample guest parking and the hotel is lakeside where there’s a small beach area and water sports available. The bedrooms are small but comfortable. 3 or 4 nights are available.
Le Chantecler is situated between the station and the Palais des Congrès, in a quiet area near the city centre of Le Mans.
The double, twin and single rooms are all ensuite and include breakfast each morning and the hotel bar is a great place to wind down and enjoy the evening.

Le Circuit is a charming hotel located in Le Mans close to the Bugatti Circuit. The hotel has a spacious lounge in which you can relax and enjoy a drink in the bar as well as a welcoming restaurant serving traditional and gourmet cuisine. Free onsite parking is also available.
Situated in a quiet street, close to the train station, Le Charleston offers 31 entirely renovated rooms well equipped with air-conditioning. The hotel is equipped with an underground garage with direct access to the reception. The 31 rooms of Charleston offer you maximum comfort. The rooms have a desk, free WiFi, a flat-screen television set with satellite channels, a kettle, and a phone. The bathrooms revisited with a vintage style are equipped with a shower or a bath, toilets, hairdryers and many welcome products.
The map shows the Bugatti Circuit with the paddocks, the Village and infield parking areas. Please note that the racing takes place on the full Le Mans circuit.

Track Laps –Â If your car is eligible for infield parking you can also take your car (including one passenger) onto the track for two laps of the full circuit on Friday or Saturday morning, subject to availability. 2025 prices will be out soon.
Track Lap by Vintage Bus-Â Do a lap of the circuit in an old Delahaye or Hotchkiss. It is all aboard at the beginning of the pit lane between 1200h and 1400h on Saturday. Ding ding and away you go! 2025 prices will be out soon
Picnic Baskets for two-Â Pretty wicker basket including all you need for a lunch for two ~ a 4-course meal, bread, two bottles of water and a half bottle of red wine. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, a small tablecloth and napkins are also included. The baskets are freshly prepared to order each day. 2025 prices will be out soon
Helicopter Rides-Â A 20-minute ride around the track for superb aerial views of the race action, the teeming infield and the magnificent Mulsanne straight. 2025 prices will be out soon
