How can I book?

What deposit is required to book? 

This depends on the event and type of trip you are booking, you will be advised at the time of your enquiry.


When is final payment due?

10 weeks prior to departure


Which payment methods you do accept? 

Debit card, Credit card, or bank transfer.


How do I choose which race tickets?

One of our team will be pleased to discuss the various viewing options with you if you are unsure.


Do you sell holiday insurance? 

We recommend Holiday Extras Travel Insurance, details on how to book insurance is on our 'Links' page. You can book online or by phone.


If I have problems during my trip who do I contact? 

On your final itinerary you will be given a mobile number for the Grandstand representative who will be accompanying your trip. For those events where a representative is not present, you will be able to call our 24 hours emergency number which is: + 44 7920 293 724.


Is checked luggage included if I'm booking a trip which includes flights?

You will be given the option to include luggage. As with most airlines now, this comes at a supplement. On most of the long haul flights the airlines include luggage in the airfare.


What is the maximum size of hand luggage that I can take onboard the plane? 

This varies between airlines, we recommend that you check the website of the airline which you are travelling with.


Do children receive any discount? 

We will try where possible to offer children discounts, however again this depends on the event, some circuit offer discounted tickets for children, whilst some offer free general admission for under 12's.  Please ask at the time of your enquiry.


How will I find my representative/driver at the airport? 

This information will be in your final itinerary and you will always be given a contact number.


When will I receive my travel documents/race tickets etc? 

These are usually sent to you approximately 10 days prior to departure.  If you have ordered race tickets they will be sent by special delivery and will require a signature.


What if I am not home to sign for my tickets?

The post office will leave you a card to advise that you will need to collect your package from your nearest post office/collection point.


How can I book for next years events?

Please go on to the event you are interested in on our website and you can register your interest by leaving your name, email address and number, we will then contact you when our packages go on sale.


Can I book from overseas and how do I receive my race tickets?

Yes we can arrange a ground only package for you or even a package with flights if you prefer.  Your race tickets will usually be given to you by our representative or for collection when you arrive at the hotel.  Full details will be advised in your final itinerary.
