Japanese Grand Prix 2020 - important information
It was announced on 12 June 2020 that the 2020 Japanese Grand Prix has been cancelled.

Formula 1 confirmed that the Japanese Grand Prix, along with the Singapore Grand Prix and the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, has been cancelled in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

"These decisions have been taken due to the different challenges our promoters face in those countries... in Japan, ongoing travel restrictions led to the decision not to proceed with the race."

The Japanese Grand Prix is staged at Suzuka. It has some challenging corners and its figure-of-eight layout makes it unique to F1 racing. Japan is an exciting and fascinating destination for a F1 weekend and you might decide you want to stay even longer.

A land of incredible beauty and diversity, Japan's rich cultural heritage is found alongside the modern skyscrapers in parks, fragrant gardens and temples.

You can eat sushi at a tatami table or western cuisine as you wish, and English is widely spoken. Join Japanese locals at a sumo wresting bout or in a karaoke bar.

After your weekend in Nagoya for the 2020 Japanese Grand Prix, why not extend your stay and spend a few days in Tokyo? From Tokyo you can visit Mount Fuji, shop in Ginza and visit the temples and the Imperial Palace Plaza. We can also tailor-made intieraries to further afield parts of Asia. Let us know your requirements.
