Itinerary

MONDAY 15 JULY

9:30 | McLaren Racing | Woking, Surrey

Arriving at McLaren’s state of the art headquarters designed by Sir Norman Foster, you’ll take part in your very own Pitstop Challenge where you will learn how to execute a Pitstop on a replica Formula One car and compete against one another to achieve the fastest time. In addition you will receive an overview of McLaren’s historical collection of cars and trophies.

13:00 | Williams Racing | Grove, Oxfordshire

Following a transfer to Williams Racing, you’ll be served lunch, before undertaking a tour of Frank William’s personal collection. Showcasing where it all began, through to the title winning domination of the 1990’s and the cars that have subsequently followed.

Overnight accommodation (at an additional cost) is available at Whittlebury Hall Hotel. A regular destination for teams and drivers during the British GP, given its close proximity to the track. Arriving late afternoon, there will be a chance to freshen up before travelling to Red Bull Racing, for an intimate dinner within the race team’s HQ overlooking the race car build bays. For those already staying locally to Silverstone, arrangements will be made to collect you and drop you off at your hotel.

19:30 | Red Bull Racing | Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Following a champagne reception, dinner will be hosted by David Croft, voice of Sky Sports F1 and Johnny Herbert, former F1 driver and British GP winner. As a guest you will be able to talk to some of the biggest names in the sport, including, Jonathan Wheatley, Aston Martin Red Bull Racing’s Sporting Director, James Robinson, Ayrton Senna’s former race engineer, as well as Motorsport Network’s very own Formula 1 editor, Jon Noble. Each will offer their own unique behind-the-scenes take on exactly what it takes to get cars to the grid, to be competitive, and ultimately to win.

TUESDAY 16 July

10:00 | SportPesa Racing Point | Silverstone, Northamptonshire

The next day you will be collected from your hotel and transferred to SportPesa Racing Point, F1’s newest team, for a tour of the whole factory. You’ll get to see the inspection department, race bays, machine shop, composite rooms, electronics and the F1 simulator.

13:00 | Bicester Heritage | Bicester, Oxfordshire

Following a transfer, lunch will be served in the Club Room at the Station Armoury, after which you will get an opportunity to explore this unique centre full of racing classics. For those that want to, you’ll also get a chance to experience the thrill of racing, with a passenger ride experience in a 1929 Bugatti, of the same type that was driven by William Grover-Williams to win the first ever Monaco Grand Prix.
